Some owners want to learn AI. Others want it running in their business by next quarter and don’t want to be the one wiring it together.
Both are fine. Here’s the honest version of how I can help, and how to tell which route fits you.
Before you hire anyone: learn enough to judge the work
I’ll say this first because it matters. Don’t hire AI help until you understand the basics yourself. Not deeply. Enough to know whether someone is solving your real bottleneck or selling you a shiny demo.
Spend a couple of weeks on how to use AI and read through AI agents explained. Then you’ll walk into any conversation, mine included, asking better questions.
Option 1: Chief, the AI chief-of-staff install
Who it’s for: a serious business owner who is the bottleneck in their own company and wants an always-on AI chief of staff handling briefings, inbox, follow-through, scheduling, reporting and the busywork that eats the day.
What it is: Chief is the install of an orchestrator agent, modeled on the one I run in my own businesses. It sits on top of your tools and your written processes, does the work it’s allowed to do, and hands decisions back to you. You own the judgment. It owns the follow-through.
How it starts: you apply, we get on a call, and we figure out whether it’s a fit before anything else happens. Not everyone is ready. If your processes only live in your head, we’ll start there.
If you want the concept in depth first, read my guide to an AI chief of staff. When you’re ready, see how Chief works and apply.
Option 2: ClientPro, AI-first operations for companies
Who it’s for: companies with a team and several departments that want AI built into how the whole business runs, not just the owner’s day.
What it is: ClientPro.ai is my AI company. We map your operations, find the bottlenecks, and build the agents, automation and workflows that take the repetitive work off your people, with human review where it belongs.
The approach mirrors what I teach in AI-first operations: start with the bottleneck, write the process, assign an owner, then automate. ClientPro is the done-for-you version of that. Start the conversation at ClientPro.ai.
Option 3: REI Boss, for real estate investors
Who it’s for: real estate investors and investing companies.
What it is: REI Boss is the AI operations platform I built to run my own real estate business. It’s built on my BOSS framework (Blueprint, Ownership, Strategy, Score) and includes a scoreboard, acquisitions and dispositions processes, the weekly Momentum Meeting and an AI chief of staff. It’s in beta. See it at reiboss.io, and read AI for real estate investors for how I use AI across the deal side.
Which route fits you
| If you are… | Start with |
|---|---|
| An owner drowning in your own inbox and follow-up | Chief |
| A company with departments and a team | ClientPro |
| A real estate investor or investing company | REI Boss |
| Still learning what AI can do | The free pillar and YouTube |
What I won’t do
I won’t promise you a number. I can’t, and anyone who does is guessing. Results depend on your processes, your people and how consistently you run the system.
I won’t install AI that talks to your customers without human review and proper disclosure. And if your outreach involves calls, texts or email, we’ll make sure you’ve talked to counsel about consent rules before anything goes live.
How I think about all of this
I build things meant to outlast me. That’s true of my companies, and it’s why I care about AI. Not because it’s trendy, but because it gives an owner time back to spend on the people and decisions that matter, including the ones at home.
If that’s what you want too, we’ll get along.
Your next step
Owners who want an AI chief of staff: apply for Chief. Companies that want broader help: start at ClientPro. Investors: get on the REI Boss list. Everyone else: start with the free path on the AI for business owners homepage and come learn with me on YouTube.
Questions people ask
What is the difference between Chief and ClientPro?
Chief is an AI chief-of-staff install for an owner who wants one orchestrator agent running real work across their day. ClientPro is my AI company that maps a whole company’s operations and builds agents and automation across departments. If you’re not sure, apply to Chief and we’ll tell you honestly if ClientPro fits better.
Do you speak to teams about AI?
Yes. I talk with business owners and teams about AI-first operations, how to start and how to lead the change. Reach out through the contact page with a little about your group.
Can I learn this without hiring anyone?
Absolutely. The whole AI for business pillar and my YouTube channel are free. Most owners should learn the basics themselves before paying anyone, so they can tell good help from bad.
